D.A.R.E classes were held in all three of our elementary schools this year. We also have the new program in the Junior High School, which is designed to reach older kids.
Sponsored by the Department and Darlington Raceway, this event raises money for several local charities in the Darlington Area. The United Way, Fire Dept's Christmas Toy Program, "The Lord Cares" Ministry, are just a few of the recipients. This year's Tournament was held May 23rd, a little cooler than the usual June date ! We had 34 four man teams, lots of fun, and a really good time.
Pee Dee Lodge # 25meets the third Wednesday of every month. Our meetings change locations, since we try to cover such a large area of the State. Lodge membership is open to any Law Enforcement Officer in the Pee Dee Region of South Carolina.
